Going Back to Zimbabwe after 2 years 🇿🇼

It’s been a while, my OG Party Starters. I didn’t disappear because I didn’t care. I disappeared because I felt heavy. Coming back from Zimbabwe broke something open in me. I didn’t expect the post vacation blues to hit this hard. Watching the footage back felt like reopening a wound, a reminder of a place that raised me, shaped me, loved me… but a place I cannot fully be in right now. That reality is painful. For days, I couldn’t even bring myself to edit. Then I lost some of the content I filmed, and honestly? That felt like losing pieces of the memories all over again. It discouraged me more than I’d like to admit. But I promised myself something when I started this channel - that I would show up honestly. Not just when I’m inspired. Not just when I’m thriving. But also when I’m processing, grieving and rebuilding.
