In this episode, we meet Estuardo Ortiz, CEO and founder of JetSMART Airlines, who will be speaking with Francisco Pereira, founder of Negociar and a lawyer specializing in negotiation. Estuardo Ortiz is a prominent Guatemalan executive with over 25 years of experience in the aviation and air transport industry. He holds a degree in Industrial Chemical Engineering from Rafael Landívar University in Guatemala and an MBA with a specialization in Productivity from Francisco Marroquín University. He furthered his executive education with the Finance for Senior Executives program at Harvard Business School and the Directors Consortium Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He began his career at Philip Morris International, where he held various positions in Latin America. He then pursued a successful career at TACA Airlines and Avianca. He served as Commercial Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at TACA Airlines, and was also a member of the Executive Committee of Avianca Holdings.
