Supporting the Upscale of Urban Cable Car Transportation Solutions - Cable Car Study Tour 2024

This video highlights the findings of the ADB-led seminar, workshop, and site visits in Europe organized for delegates of the Government of India. The program—held last 10-14 June 2024 together with MobiliseYourCity—included site visits and meetings with all stakeholders involved in two major projects in France: the Teleo #cablecar project in Toulouse (under operation since 2022) and the C1 cable car project in the greater Paris region (commissioning in 2025). Classroom also discussions covered projects from Latin America and Turkey. The Delegation met with the public transport authorities, manufacturers, engineers, operators and the certification body of cable car projects for in-depth project discussions, exchanges and both-ways learning.
