1950년 서울의 모습입니다.(This is Seoul in 1950.) 1950년 6월 25일 오전 4시에 북한이 기습적으로 대한민국을 침공한다. 유엔은 미합중국을 주축으로 연합군은 더글러스 맥아더의 9월 15일 인천 상륙 작전 성공하여 9월 28일 서울을 수복한다. 북한군의 뒤쪽을 공격하여 이를 시작으로 대대적인 반격을 하여 10월 10일 평양에 이어 압록강 부근까지 이르렀으나, 11월 중순 중국 인민 해방군이 개입하여 전세가 다시 뒤집여 서울은 다시 12월 12일에 다시 피난길에 오르고 서울을 빼앗기고 만다. 그러나 1951년 다시 3월 15일에 탈환한다.(On June 25, 1950, at 4 a.m., North Korea invaded South Korea. The United Nations, led by the United States, succeeded in Douglas MacArthur's September 15 landing operation in Incheon and will take back Seoul on September 28. It attacked the back of the North Korean army and launched a massive counterattack, reaching near the Yalu River following Pyongyang on October 10, but in mid-November, the Chinese People's Liberation Army intervened and the war reversed again, leaving Seoul again on December 12.
