Ah, the one I mentioned in Modification 61. I wonder how much they spent on those two Saha cars...but I think I managed to erase the seams pretty well. Let's see? Hey, even the sash and gutters are gone!! : What's this, is it Sustaina? Well, there's been a lot going on behind the scenes. There was a lot of buzz on Twitter, so for details, please refer to the link at the top of the comments section, but for now I've erased as many seams as possible. I'll have the seams and gutters come back to them later. Ha, ha... So, has this been primed yet? Yes, I sprayed on white primer #1000 and #1500. Next I'll paint the stripe, layering GM Railway Color #15 Yellow-Green #6. Here's what I finished painting. Doesn't it look a bit pale? Hmm, I layered it about three times...it's a pale color. It has a Western Japan feel. It's quite different from Midoyama. Anyway, since I've painted it, let's move on. Now it's time to mask. What millimeter should I use this time? This is it. Huh? This is a masking sheet I drew in Illustrator and cut out with Silhouette Cameo 4. I've gathered everything I need for masking this time. I'm finally starting to use it normally... though I'm still learning. Anyway, after applying a thin strip to the fascia and a medium-thick strip to the waist, I'll move on to the next coat of paint. Silver, huh? Yes. I carefully layered the usual Creos No. 8 silver paint so that the yellow-green base was hidden. Once all four panels were painted, it was time for the next masking step. I used a sheet with rounded corners to match the dimensions. Oh, this is the real power of the cutting machine. That's right. I worked hard to get the R right, so the usually tedious task of attaching the doors quickly turned into a fun job. Bring it on, 12 doors! That's nice. Once everything's ready, I'll use a matte clear coat to create a dull, sprayed finish. After masking the sprayed areas, I'll spray on a light gray primer and smooth the surface with 2000-grit sandpaper before moving ...
