WELCOME BACK to another midweek cooking special. I am only able to do these on days when I don't go to work hahaha. So was feeling a but under the weather again, coming down with body aches and a fever so I stayed home from work. During the evening I thought I'd prepare dinner for my family since I'm already at home and so we got a skipjack Tuna, also known as Aku in Samoa. THIS WAS $20 ..YOWWZZAAA😭😂😂...and then we went to get some taro and banana from the farm. Came home and began cooking one of my favorite childhood dishes which sua aku ( fish in coconut cream) and taro.
