When officers arrived, they found Kendra Farler, a fifteen-year-old girl, seriously wounded by a bullet. Her father was at home with her, and he provided an initial version of events that would change several times over the following hours. The investigation, however, began to reveal inconsistencies in the reconstruction. The ballistic evidence, the location of the gun, and the testimonies did not match the father's version. Investigators delve deeper into the family context, reconstructing the dynamics minute by minute, and challenging the initial hypothesis. What emerges is a very different picture from what was declared in the first hours.
