I was in Rimini, at a cozy restaurant, perfect for those who love generous portions, home cooking, and a simple atmosphere. Here's how our dinner went 👇 🥗 Appetizers We started with: stuffed peppers, tuna with beans and onion, and a mixed platter of cold cuts served with classic piadina. 🍲 First Courses In the crockpot, we had beans with pork rind, homemade maltagliati with chickpeas, and pasta and beans. And to finish with a flourish: tagliatelle with meat sauce – handmade, rich, and delicious. 🥩 Second Courses The beef tagliata was a real surprise: tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked. Together with the mixed grill, served with baked potatoes and fresh salad, it made the dinner complete and satisfying. 🍰 Desserts and Coffee To conclude, a tart and some chocolate desserts – simple but delicious. And the finishing touch?
