#nitnem nitnem #wmk #sukhmanisahib #sahibsatgurumk Voice - Bhai Jaskaran Singh Ji (Gangohar) ਸੁਖਮਨੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਬਾਣੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਵੇਂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹੀ, ਗੁਰੂ ਅਰਜਨ ਦੇਵ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਰਚਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਬਾਣੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਗ 262 ਤੋਂ 296 ਤੱਕ ਦਰਜ ਹੈ। "ਸੁਖਮਨੀ" ਦਾ ਅਰਥ ਹੈ ਸੁਖ ਦੀ ਮਣੀ ਜਾਂ ਮਨ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ। ਇਹ ਬਾਣੀ 24 ਅਸ਼ਟਪਦੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੰਡੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ, ਹਰ ਇਕ ਅਸ਼ਟਪਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ 8 ਪਦ ਹਨ। ਸੁਖਮਨੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰਨ, ਨਿਮਰਤਾ, ਸੇਵਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਤਸੰਗ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਾ ਉਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਬਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਨਿੱਤ ਨੇਮ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਠ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਤਮਕ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ, ਚਿੰਤਾ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਰੱਬ ਨਾਲ ਡੂੰਘਾ ਜੁੜਾਅ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕਈ ਲੋਗ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਸੁਖਮਨੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਅਖੰਡ ਪਾਠ ਜਾਂ ਦਿਨਚਰੀ ਪਾਠ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਤਮਕ ਤੇ ਸਰੀਰਕ ਚੰਗਿਆਈ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। Sukhmani Sahib is a revered prayer in Sikhism, composed by Guru Arjan Dev Ji, the fifth Sikh Guru.
