When to Sleep on a Really Long Brevet? | and 300 Subscribers!
This video is about when and how much sleep you may need for a really long randonneuring ride. The amount of sleep will depend on your individual needs, level of fitness, and ride goals. However, today we are going to talk with Therese Cools, a seasoned randonneur who is going to share her tips and experience with us. Therese has completed a number of very long brevet's including a recent 600k in which she finished in an overall time of 34 hours total. Over the years, I've always asked whether long distance randonneurs actually sleep on these very long rides, or brevet's as they are often called. Today, we are going to ask Therese, and I hope to get with her help to get a better understanding of what is actually necessary. I hope you enjoy the video and thanks to all of you for subscribing, and leaving comments, they are very much appreciated.
