"Ich will doch leben! Ich will gesund sein." Diagnose Brustkrebs | Patientin Heike erzählt
In the spring of 2025, Heike received the news that she had breast cancer. After the diagnosis, she began chemotherapy and wore cold caps during treatment to reduce hair loss. After chemotherapy, Heike decided to have her breast reconstructed. The plan was to remove the affected breast and reconstruct it using an implant. We accompanied Heike during her pre-operative consultation, the surgery itself, and for a few months afterward. Her message is clear and emphasizes that cancer is a challenge for patients and changes lives. But Heike has drawn new strength from this difficult time and wants to encourage other women affected by cancer. __________________________________________________________________ Our Social Media Accounts: Facebook: / uksh.de Instagram: / uksh.de TikTok: / uksh.de LinkedIn: / uksh
