Inside the 2023 SWAIA Santa Fe Indian Market with Antonia Gonzales for INDIGEFI
In honor of Native American Heritage Month, Koahnic Broadcast Corporation is pleased to release a two-part video series celebrating Native arts and cultures. Part one features some of the sights, sounds, and artists of the 2023 Santa Fe Indian Market. Part two takes us inside the exhibit "Ghhúunayúkata / To Keep Them Warm" at the Museum of International Folk Art in Santa Fe, N.M., which explores the art of the Alaska Native parka. The series is produced by Koahnic and INDIGEFI film director Alexis Sallee (Inupiaq) and reported by Koahnic Managing News Editor Antonia Gonzales (Navajo).
