America is where disc golf was founded, and until now it had always been a dream of mine to play a course in the US. On my first trip to Austin, Texas, I finally got the chance - and what I experienced at Roy G was something completely different to disc golf back home in the UK. From eagles flying overhead to fighter jets roaring past, this round felt like the most American disc golf experience imaginable. In this video, I play Roy G Guerrero Disc Golf Course for the first time, compare it to the UK disc golf scene and see how my game holds up on a longer, more demanding American layout.
