This is my honest review of Liforme yoga mats! Have you ever wondered if Liforme yoga mats are worth the hefty price tag? They start at well over $100 (!) and go all the way up to over $200! Can a yoga mat be worth that amount of money? How is the Liforme grip, is it really as good as they say? How long do Liforme yoga mats last? How thick are they? Can you travel with the Liforme mats or are they too heavy? Do they stain easily? I'm giving you the good, the bad, and the ugly. This is my 100% honest review of Liforme yoga mats. I'm a 500 hour registered yoga teacher, Pilates fanatic, Barre girl, contortion wannabe, and calisthenics newbie. I spend hours moving my body each day, so I really give my mats a run for their money 😅 The things I talk about in this video holds true for my personal movement practice. If yours look different and you don't practice as much for example, please keep that in mind (i.e. if you practice once a week, your Liforme mat might last longer than mine, etc).
