Confidentiality at Work: Recognizing and Avoiding Common NDA Violations by Employees

Are your employees aware of all the ways they could unknowingly breach your company's confidentiality agreements (NDAs)? This training session is geared as a primer for executives to complement their training of employees, with a focus on informing employees on the pitfalls of NDAs, including what constitutes confidential information and how seemingly casual conversations can inadvertently breach NDA obligations. This interactive presentation will emphasize that all forms of communication – whether written, oral, intentional, or inadvertent – are covered by NDAs and can result in violations if employees are not vigilant about protecting sensitive business information.
