But due to the interference of non-believers all these rituals were deviated in time. Thus the kavus, kalaris and temples of Kerala began to decay. The society was weakened, powerless even to face the sword of the invaders coming towards its neck. The kavas, kalaris and sadhana powerhouses of Kerala should be resurrected.
