Notwehr § 32 StGB - Strafrecht AT I 08 - Lage, Erforderlichkeit, Gebotenheit und alle Ausnahmen
This video addresses illegality for the first time. However, the topic of the video is self-defense, i.e., defense against an immediate unlawful attack (self-defense situation), Section 32 of the German Criminal Code (StGB). Exceptions, rules, and exam-compatible exam templates for self-defense situations, self-defense actions (necessity and admissibility), and the subjective element of justification are discussed. All (in my opinion) exam-relevant issues of self-defense will be addressed (e.g., interpretation of the definition, significance of an individual legal interest, distinction from the public good, ongoing danger, breach of duty of care, escape routes, calling the police, failure to weigh interests, distinction from justifiable necessity, guarantor status, persons without criminal responsibility (e.g., children), anticipated self-defense (automatic shooting devices), provocation of self-defense, intent to defend) ------------------------------------------ DOWNLOAD FILES: All relevant definitions/formulas from Criminal Law AT I in one PDF: 👉 https://mega.nz/file/4d4QTL4B#WEM3ZVI...
