Notwehr § 32 StGB - Strafrecht AT I 08 - Lage, Erforderlichkeit, Gebotenheit und alle Ausnahmen

This video addresses illegality for the first time. However, the topic of the video is self-defense, i.e., defense against an immediate unlawful attack (self-defense situation), Section 32 of the German Criminal Code (StGB). Exceptions, rules, and exam-compatible exam templates for self-defense situations, self-defense actions (necessity and admissibility), and the subjective element of justification are discussed.
