Regents Physics Review - Modern Physics - Models of the Atom, Energy Levels, and the Standard Model

This video covers the topics of Modern Physics for the NY State Regents in Physics. I review the topics of the various models of the atom, including Thompson, Rutherford, and Borh. Concepts of the photoelectric effect, photon energy, and energy level diagrams are also covered. Finally I go through the topics of the Standard Model, discussing things like Hadrons, Leptons, Quarks, etc. If you would like to review for all of Regents Physics I recommend completing my courses in the following order: Regents Physics Review - One Dimensional Motion - Review with Examples! https://skl.sh/2KUWe6Z Regents Physics Review - Two Dimensional Motion - Review with Examples! https://skl.sh/2J3AZmf Regents Physics Review - Forces and Motion (Dynamics) - Review with Examples! https://skl.sh/2IMiJ1q Regents Physics Review - Work, Energy, and Power - Review with Examples! https://skl.sh/2J5Z7Vo Regents Physics Review - Momentum - Review with Examples! https://skl.sh/2IKqGEd Regents Physics Review - Static Electricity (Electrostatics) - Review with Examples! https://skl.sh/2s7i14m Regents Physics Review - Electricity - Review with Examples! https://skl.sh/2sab2HT Regents Physics Review - Magnetism - Review with Examples! https://skl.sh/2J78l3u Regents Physics Review - Waves & Sound - Review with Examples! https://skl.sh/2GQczYb Regents Physics Review - Optics (Light) - Review with Examples! https://skl.sh/2KSRZsu Regents Physics Review - Modern Physics - Review with Examples! https://skl.sh/2IOtEDB Regents Physics Review - Entire Exam Review https://skl.sh/2saoLP2 Again, this course is review only! I recommend completing my other courses which go into significantly more depth if this content feels too fast or incomplete. The first course within my Kinematics series (1 & 2 Dimensions) can be found here: Physics - 1D Kinematics - Scalars vs. Vectors, Distance vs. Displacement, & Speed vs. Velocity https://skl.sh/2EakQop The first course within my Dynamics series can be found here: Physics - Dynamics - Newton's Laws of Motion, Forces, and Inertia https://skl.sh/2IEfJQD
