I Modulatori di Ableton Live: il trucco per animare i tuoi suoni

In this video, I'll explain how Ableton Live's modulators work and how to use them to creatively manipulate the parameters of our effects. In particular, we'll analyze the three main modulators for audio (not MIDI): • Envelope Follower • LFO • Shaper Starting with a simple example, we'll see how to use the Envelope Follower to control a filter via the kick (sidechain), how to use an LFO to modulate the decay of a reverb in time, and finally how to use the Shaper to create rhythmic movements on effects like saturation and volume. Ableton Live's modulators allow you to automate and animate any parameter: filters, reverbs, saturations, effects, and much more, without the need for external plugins. If you use Ableton Live 12 or want to make the most of the DAW's stock tools, this is a great place to start (and it's also the right channel for you).
