Driving Passo dello Stelvio - Alfa Romeo Spider

Passo dello Stelvio is a "must drive" for any car enthusiast and in In June 2025 we took our 1993 Alfa Romeo Spider on a road trip to Italy. We spent a few days in the Dolomites and drove various passes (video(s) may be coming up) and continued to Mantova to spend about a week there – with a day in Brescia for the start of the Mille Miglia. On our way back we wanted to experience the Stelvio pass. We decided to stay in Bormio to be able to drive early in the morning to avoid too much traffic. We succeeded and had beautiful weather and a clear sky. From this side most of the hairpins are on the descent; nevertheless, we found the climb from this side very enjoyable.
