FOR DETAILED INFORMATION CLICK "SHOW MORE"... Here you can see the complete, unedited beginning of this episode, which was previously shortened in reruns. Also included is the joint live announcement from the audience in Hall 1 of the Berlin Exhibition Grounds by Renate Oelschläger (ZDF) and her Austrian colleague Eva Maria Klinger (ORF). This was part of the first joint evening programming of the two public broadcasters (ORF & ZDF) at the 1st International Radio Exhibition in Berlin. Due to the Austria vs. Sweden match on ORF FS1, the hit parade was initially broadcast on ORF FS2 and only in black and white. At the time, critics in the press dubbed ORF "Colorkiller" because of this persistent black-and-white broadcast. The ORF had already earned the nickname "Colorkiller" from critics. This was part of the first International Radio Exhibition in Berlin, and the evening programming of the two public broadcasters (ORF & ZDF) was entirely jointly produced for the first time. The joint news program was presented by Hanns Joachim Friedrichs (later ARD Tagesthemen) and Wolfgang Behrendt (ZDF heute), as well as Othmar Urban and Wolfgang Richard Langer (ORF Zeit im Bild).
