A Year on 16mm Film | Serene Moments on a Bolex Camera and Kodak Film

This film was inspired by 1960's and 70's films that used Bolex 16mm cameras to document incredible adventures in the natural world, most notably Mountain of Storms and Filmmaker/Naturalist Richard Proenneke. Throughout 2022 I brought my Bolex camera along to document some of my own adventures and created this collection of serene images. Footage from 1:34 - 1:44 was captured on Super 8mm film with a Canon 814xls camera.
