Rabbi Yaron Reuven asserts that the New Testament is not from God because it contradicts the Old Testament, which is considered divine. According to Rabbi Reuven, the New Testament breaks divine laws established in the Torah, such as Jesus's claim to be above Shabbat. Furthermore, he provides specific examples of factual discrepancies between the New Testament and the Torah, such as the location of Abraham's burial place and the number of people who migrated to Egypt with Jacob. Rabbi Reuven also points out that the New Testament mistranslates the biblical animal, "Reem," as "unicorn," which he argues undermines the credibility of the entire text.
