Mountain Biking BLUE LIGHTED TO A&E not before a really good ride out

Accident and Emergency thank you. A cross country ride that had a bit of everything, new Zebs, wrong turns, scenery, motorbikes, rut wobbles, edge of hill wobbles, good grassy downhills, techy steep downhills and to top it all blue lights to A&E. Local A&E carried out x-ray and determined dislocation and fracture, some morphine along with gas and air magic pen before trying to relocate shoulder. No joy, off to main A&E for further sedation and shoulder to be pulled back in. The first `heavy` dose of sedation didn`t fully dull the pain and I could see and feel 5 medical staff pulling and tugging at the arm/shoulder without joy, they had to have a break before starting again, this time I insisted on more sedation, thank goodness they gave it me, come too and the shoulder was popped back in. It didn`t end there, 3 days later I was at fracture clinic to see specialist who told me I was going to need surgery to plate and pin the fracture. That`s now been carried out and rehabilitation started By the way, the bruising you see on the left arm at 1m10s is from a canular I had fitted recently for pain relief on my knee injury. I was going to do a video update on that injury but this trumped it Onward and upward, until another day my friends Adieu, Adieu, Adieu.
