Wildfire smoke drops our air quality to unhealthy levels

Although we're not dealing with extreme heat and humidity, it will still be a hot day with highs in the low-90s. Wildfire smoke has pushed in from the northeast, dropping us to "Unhealthy" and "Very Unhealthy" on the Air Quality Index. Isolated showers and storms this afternoon and evening could drag smoke closer to the surface and drop our air quality even more.
