The Stunning Far North - The Durness Bus To Thurso

I had the chance recently to take a trip using The Durness Bus between Tongue and Thurso along the northernmost stretch of main road in the UK. The Durness Bus, which also seems to be called Far North Bus, does a return trip between Tongue and Thurso twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday) and on Saturdays does a Durness - Thurso return. On the day I travelled the weather was absolutely fabulous and picking the left-hand side gave me some wonderful sea views at times. Of course this is just a small part of the North Coast 500, about 47 miles of it according to Google maps.
