I disassembled and customized a Tokyo Marui M4MWS gas blowback from an MK12-style custom to a CQB style. I installed various features, including a Noveske handguard and a Magpul stock. This customization is for an airsoft gun and was done for personal enjoyment. BBs were used for actual firing, and safety was ensured after ensuring there were no other people around.
