Day 2 of our eMTB Harz Mountains tour – the nail-biting continues! After nearly having to abandon the tour in the first part, the second day was all about Maik's brakes. We finally had to figure out exactly what the problem was. Without working brakes, there was no way forward – and the tour was seriously hanging in the balance. Several visits to bike shops, countless phone calls, and the hunt for the right spare parts. Later, we finally had everything. The big question: Could we get the bike working again? Spoiler alert: After a nerve-wracking repair, we were finally able to venture back onto the trail. But time was short.
