I Beat Tomb Raider on 1 Life Bar (Perma-damage, No Loads, No Meds, All Secrets)

Every hit was permanent. Every mistake mattered. This challenge run required collecting every secret while never using med packs and never loading a save. One life bar for the entire game. After less than 20 attempts, I finally got the run. Played on PC (Steam).
