Martyr First Lieutenant Arif Kalafat Nature Park, founded in 2008 by the municipality in Çekmeköy, Istanbul, and gradually developed over the past 12 years, is a popular destination. While it's especially crowded in the evenings and on weekends, I can say that children are the ones who love it most. While you're in Çekmeköy Nature Park, I also recommend trying the "Çekmeköy Healing Trail," which the municipality opened in 2020.
