Is this old Halo MOC still any good?

I have always thought that the Covenant "Warthog" equivalents have always had a tough time in the Halo franchise. I personally think that the Revenant from Halo Reach is the best of these but has still never really stuck. This is the second part of of the "Preforged" series where I briefly look over a MEGA Bloks / MEGA Construx Covenant MOC that I built nearly 4 years ago. Sometime in the future, these are going to be disassembled and "upgraded" into a more recent "Ultimate Scale Series" MOC.
