LEC: 8 | FACTORS AFFECTING THE RATE OF ENZYMATIC ACTIVITY |

Hye guys! In this video you will understand about the effect of temperature on enzyme actions. Enzymes work best at optimum temperature. When temperature is increased, k.E is increased which increases the collision between enzymes and substrate so rate of reaction is increased. Increase in reaction rates by increasing temperature occur UpTo optimum value.. If temperature is increased above optimum value , atoms in enzyme are highly vibrated which break weak bonds like hydrogen and ionic bond and globular structure of enzyme is distorted.    • LEC: 7 | Classification of enzymes |      • LEC:6 | Induced  fit model of enzymes | Le...      • LEC: 5 | LOCK AND KEY MODEL OF ENZYME | EN...      • LEC: 4 | PROPERTIES OF ENZYMES |      • LEC 3 | COFACTORS AND THEIR TYPES | ACTIVA...      • LEC 2 : CONCEPTS OF ZYMOGENS | HOLOENZYME ...      • INTRODUCTION OF ENZYME | HISTORY , NATURE ...      • LEC 15 | Class Chondricthyes ( Cartilageno...
