Piedra a Piedra, Sabinosa

I was born about 400 years ago in this valley located between the sea and the sky. At the beginning we were only about thirty neighbors who lived in huge pajeros raised between all with community work. For decades our main concern and also our occupation was to tame the land to turn it into fertile fields. So, from sunrise to sunset we dedicated ourselves to staggering the mountainsides.
