Respiration / Diaphragme : 4 exercices pour OUVRIR le THORAX

Today, I suggest you do 4 exercises to improve your breathing and relax the Diaphragm muscle... Just that! ;) I am going to talk about the Solar Plexus (often tense because of stress), the opening of the chest, the posterior opening and finally the costal opening. In short, all these exercises will open the Thorax (ideal for singing, relaxing the Diaphragm and improving breathing). Why look for the opening of the thorax? The main muscle that allows breathing is the Diaphragm muscle. It is the contraction of this muscle that brings air into the lungs. As it contracts, the Diaphragm muscle (or rather the phrenic center) descends causing an increase in the upper-lower chest diameter. As it descends, it presses on the viscera, increasing the front-to-back and left-to-right diameters of the thoracic cavity. The increase in the volume of the thoracic cavity leads to an aspiration phenomenon. Dosage: I suggest you do 5 repetitions for each exercise but you can do more ^^ Composition of the video 0:00 Introduction 0:50 Summary of the video 1:05 Opening the Solar Plexus 2:23 Dorsal Opening 3:46 Lateral Opening 5:16 Chest Opening Feel free to post your comments 🙃 I'd love to hear your feedback on these exercises!
