Fast Revving City of Tucson Peterbilt 320 Scorpion + Manual Packing

*Make sure to watch until the end of this video as the revving gets pretty crazy during the second load (at around 12:26 after the manual packing)* I am super excited to share another video of legendary operator and filmer Zach! This video shows you just why he is so legendary. I never thought I would see a Scorpion being revved, but Zach pretty much revs for the video in whatever truck he takes! Some trucks it works way better than others, because most have an RPM cutoff that prevents the arm from moving at anything over 1200. For whatever reason though, this truck did not have any cutoff of that sort, making for a super awesome video!
