Ram Ram, Soumya and I have been documenting the agraharams of Palakkad—lane by lane, shrine by shrine, with the help of Gana and Satish, for over three years now; one more year to go. When we finish, we’ll bring out a booklet with a crisp page for each agraharam—deities, festivals, and the living texture of the street. Listening to them deepens our gratitude and reminds us that what we inherit is not just walls and streets, but discipline, ritual, and grace.
