Senecio macroglossus 'Variegatus' (Wax Ivy) Houseplant Care — 245 of 365

Wax ivy is a great alternative to English ivy, in case you're looking for a more hardy variety in your home. I wish I could have showed you my original specimen because it was HUGE, but it was one of the dozen or so plants that was eaten by the house mouse problem I had (which I now think I have under control). That tells me that this plant is probably "safe" around animals. But, this newish specimen will get large in now time and it's the 245th spot of "365 Days of Plants". In this video I'll discuss where it is originally native to, where I'm growing it in my home, and basics like light, watering and fertilizing.
