Hozelock Auto Reel 30m keeps retracting/ Disassembly - Part 1

Need your help Youtubers on this one. This is a Hozelock Auto Reel 30m (Model 2590)... recently the safety brake/locking mechanism which stops the hose from retracting when pulled out has stopped working. So while you are pulling the hose, the Hozelock is engaged in a tug-of-war to return the hose back to its original position. Rather than bin it, i have disassembled the Hozelock to show you the steps and also would really appreciate anyones help to fix the original problem and also tell me where those bits go and how to repair the braking mechanism. So if you are a Hozelock engineer or who how to repair these, please help. Once i know how to fix it, i will complete this video to help others. If we can fix this issue, Hozelock customers can continue using the product without having to replace it. Subscribe, like and comment below....
