20 Minute Lower Body & Abs Strength Workout

Tap in with us for a 20 minute Lower Body focused workout that will fire up your legs while working your core/abs! All you need for this workout are a pair of dumbbells, preferably multiple sets if you have them . We used a range between 10-35lb dumbbells but feel free to use whatever weights that will challenge you throughout the workout.
