DC-DC BOOST CONVERTER , 3 v to 70 v SIMPLEST CIRCUIT with reused components NPN transistor inductor and capacitor from an old pc smps , This is an joule thief : self oscillating voltage booster ,A DC-DC boost converter (step-up converter) operates on the principle of energy storage and release using an inductor to increase a lower input voltage to a higher output voltage. we can get stable output voltage at a constante value using only a zener diode as voltage regulator.
