We left Uspallata and took Route 7, passing through wonderful places: tunnels, the penitentes (rock formations), caves, the Los Libertadores Cristo Redentor international tunnel, which connects Argentina and Chile. We went through customs (two hours of inspection), then descended the winding road known as "Los Caracoles" (an impressive experience), and that's how we reached the Pacific coast.
