Overview of Dusty Strings harps: model families, pricing, materials, sizes, string tension & spacing

We filmed this during lockdown in 2020 as a substitute for displaying our harps in person at the Somerset Folk Harp Festival. The idea was to provide a condensed overview and comparison of our harp models and to explain some of the differences between harp sizes and model families. Please excuse the sound quality! In this video, we break things down by price level and type of materials: All solid wood (highest price) Solid wood with a laminated soundboard (middle price) Entirely laminated soundbox (lowest price) Then by size and number of strings: 26 strings (available in all three price categories) 34 strings (available in all three price categories) 36 strings (solid wood only) Then by string tension and spacing: Most of our harps have concert spacing and medium-tension nylon strings, with lever gut as an option The Boulevard Classic 34 has higher-tension gut strings similar to a pedal harp The Serrana 34 has lower-tension nylon strings that are spaced more closely together in the Mariachi style Not shown: FH34S and FH26 Double-strung, which can both be found on our website. https://manufacturing.dustystrings.co...
