CORE CONDITIONING ON THE POLE (intermediate)
Welcome to an intermediate pole conditioning follow along video. This one is a hard one since you will do an acrobatic strength sequence on the pole without descending to the floor in between exercises. Make sure to warm yourself up before doing this workout and of course you can do more or less reps and even repeating the sequence 2 or 3 times on every side!
