Everything is going very well until Uncle Mimic finds yet another strange gadget in his excavations, but this time it's something quite different and much more dangerous than the steam engine from the previous game, something so fearsome that it opens a huge precedent for revenge from Black Boots who, without hesitation, begins his project to destroy Shantae's life in compensation for the humiliation she caused the pirate in the previous adventure. But what strange object is this? Simply a Magic Lamp, and we know very well what these things can do to genies... don't we? - This gameplay here brings me a lot of nostalgia, because in this game it was the first time I saw Shantae's transformations with better pixelated graphics, and the soundtrack also improves a lot. Everything in this game is a tremendous evolution from the previous game.
