PVC PIPE cherry picker project - PVC life hack fruit picker

Our "Dwarf Cherry" grew to 20' tall in just 4 years. this year it actually fruited and most of the fruit is too high to safely reach. so i decided to make a homemade fruit picker out of the universally useful and readily available PVC pipe. here is the materials list i used for the this project: 1 length of 3/4" pvc pipe 1 wire clothes hanger 1 empty 2 ltr Ocean Spray juice bottle 4 zip ties all items were already around the house and i didn't need to purchase anything for the project. all i needed was 10 mins and i had a fully functional pvc pipe cherry picker, or fruit picker if you prefer. it worked better than i expected and it was free to make. if you decide to make one, please let me know, i would love to hear from you. this may qualify for a PVC hack, or a PVC life hack, a PVC project from PVC pipe, but it is a useful item to me and i hope it is to you as well.
