The authorities of Crimea, which was annexed to Russia, have found a solution to the problem of land seizure by Crimean Tatars, who have returned to the peninsula after decades of deportation. The local government is offering the population to dismantle temporary buildings on illegally occupied territories, and in exchange promises to issue legal plots of land.
