How to measure your chain length
In this video, you'll learn how and why to measure your chain for optimal OSPW installation and setup. CeramicSpeed’s OSPW systems are designed to offer the most efficient drivetrain setup while matching OE shift quality and stability. Multiple cage spring tension settings allow fine tuning your setup based on your riding style and conditions – but to be able to utilize these options, it is critical to have the correct chain length, and corresponding chain tension. Too much chain tension (high spring tension and/or too short of a chain), will result in harsh, clunky or even non-responsive shifting, while too little chain tension (low spring tension and/or too long of a chain), will result in slow shifting and poor chain retention.
