An incredible camping spot below the glaciers of Mt aspiring. Hey everyone, this episode, we are free camping right in the mountains, below Mt Aspiring in the Matukituki valley in New Zealand.... What a beautiful backdrop to park up and spend a few days camping with friends we've made while we've been travelling around New Zealand. There are actually quite a few places that you can free camp along this road, but it can be pretty bumpy, corrugated, and there are 9 fords to cross in the last 7kms... I didn't say to much in the video about Randal, but he is the farmer who farms Mt Aspiring Station, he came for a few drinks and I loved asking him questions about the area as he is the 4th generation farmer from his family here.
