ATV Forestry in Finland | Clearing the Last Timber from My Winter Trail🌲🛻

ATV forestry in Finland – finishing a project that started during winter. This time I head back into the forest to collect the remaining logs along a small trail I created during the winter logging season. There are still a few timber piles left, some storm-felled trees, and a couple of forgotten stacks from previous years. Not everything is worth bringing home anymore, so some wood is left behind for insects and forest wildlife. Along the way I shorten a few stumps blocking the path, experiment with a logging hook again, and process a large storm-felled spruce with my Milwaukee M18 chainsaw before loading what I can onto the trailer. By the end of the day, all the timber along this winter trail has finally been cleared. There are still some trees left elsewhere in the forest, but this particular project is now complete.
