Joseph Rakgano, a registered destitute beneficiary allocated land by the Thamaga Sub Land Board, now finds himself at the centre of a dispute. His neighbour, Justice Dintwe, claims the Board placed the man on his plot. The matter was reported in October last year but remains unresolved. The Sub Land Board states that the complainant has not cooperated since February.
